There are too many reasons why a girl in a developing country will go uneducated. Girls Education Collaborative is doing great work to help eliminate some of those reasons for girls across the globe. Their first project is in Kitenga, a rural village in Africa.
Currently, they need help to fund the building of a road leading into the Kitenga School for Girls (If you can believe it, there are NO roads in this village!), an all girls boarding school, sponsored by GEC. Join us in supporting their mission and paving a pathway to success for these deserving girls!!

Ithaca College Women in Communications is a group of young women seeking careers in the communications industry. We want all girls to be able to receive an education and make their career aspirations a reality.
