Vin and Zandy Barrett's Fundraiser
Help Vin and Zandy build a pathway to educate deserving girls in Kitenga!
For every $5 you donate, ONE FOOT of road is built- WOW!
There are too many reasons why a girl in a developing country will go uneducated. Girls Education Collaborative (GEC) is doing great work to help eliminate some of those reasons for girls across the globe. Their first project is in Kitenga, a rural and underserved village in Africa.
They need help to fund the building of a road to access the Kitenga School for Girls - an all-girls boarding school, sponsored by GEC. Join us in paving a pathway to success for these deserving girls!!
Our #Krazy4Kitenga challenge is: To raise $1200 for the new road to the Kitenga School for Girls.
For the first $600 raised, Vin and Zandy will donate an equal amount to the the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. This foundation supports research into a cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis, currently a terminal disease. Vin recently survived this scourge through a lifesaving lung transplant. Your donation will support the great work of the GEC as well as the groundbreaking research funded by PFF.
For the second $600 raised, we will go Krazy for Kitenga! Zandy will get a permanent tattoo and Vin will get his ear pierced and wear a stud.
Every $5 dollar donation builds ONE FOOT of road! Any size donation will go a long way to helping us meet our goal to build a road (and better futures) for girls in Kitenga! Thank you!
