Tim, Isaac, Mike, and Jeremy Wadsworth's Fundraiser
We can build a pathway to new futures for deserving girls in Kitenga!
For every $5 you donate, ONE FOOT of road is built- WOW!
There are too many reasons why a girl in a developing country will go uneducated. Girls Education Collaborative is doing great work to help eliminate some of those reasons for girls across the globe. Their first project is in Kitenga, a rural and underserved village in Africa.
They need help to fund the building of an access road leading into the Kitenga School for Girls - an all girls boarding school, sponsored by GEC. Join us in paving a pathway to success for these deserving girls!!
This summer Jeremy Wadsworth, Isaac Allen, Tim Fitzpatrick, and Mike Szymkowiak are traveling to the Kitenga School for Girls to visit, volunteer, and see the school for ourselves. In advance of our trip, we have joined together to help build the road (so we can get there too!); please consider helping us achieve our goals!
Our #Krazy4Kitenga challenge is:
If we raise:
$200: We will each plant a tree alongside the access road
$400: We will each consume a bowl of goat soup consisting of the heart, tongue, stomach, and liver.
$800: We will participate in a Welcome Dance with a Maasai Tribe (if we are unable to achieve this goal, we will find an equivalent activity)
Every $5 dollar donation builds ONE FOOT of road! Any size donation will go a long way to helping us meet our goal to help build a road (and better futures) for girls! Thank you!
